Tibetans on Pandoh, Mandi & Rewalsar Celebrates US's Resolve Tibet Act

The Tibetan communities of Pandoh Tashiling, Mandi Town, and Rewalsar celebrated the enactment of the "Resolve Tibet Act" into US law on July 19, 2024. The Tibetan Settlement Officer and the Local Tibetan Assembly President attended the event to thank the US government and supporters. Signed by President Biden on July 12, 2024, the Act amends the Tibetan Policy Act of 2002, aiming to facilitate dialogue between China and Tibetan leaders, including the Dalai Lama, to resolve the Tibet-China conflict.
