Mother of Late Hungkar Rinpoche Dies Amid Grief and Ongoing Repression in Tibet

Kasa Dukar Dolma, 85, mother of the late Hungkar Rinpoche, passed away on 6 May 2025 in Golog, Amdo, reportedly due to prolonged illness worsened by grief over her son's suspicious death in Chinese custody in Vietnam.
