Cultural Workshop in Belgium Empowers Tibetan Youth

Choerig Zinkyong’s Jamyang Lophel Sunday School in Belgium held a week-long cultural workshop for Tibetan youth at Dharma City, Florennes, from 17 to 23 July 2024. Over 135 students participated, including attendees from France, Sweden, and the Netherlands. Secretary Thinley Wangdue introduced the Central Tibetan Administration to the students before a Q&A session. The Parents’ Day celebration featured speeches by Secretary Wangdue and special guests Dzogchen Ranyak Patrul Rinpoche and Metok Rinpoche, emphasizing the importance of preserving Tibetan culture. The event concluded with traditional performances by the students.
