US Senators Press Rubio to Appoint Tibet Coordinator

The senators highlighted past legislation reaffirming the coordinator’s role in promoting dialogue between Beijing and the Dalai Lama, protecting Tibetan rights, and ensuring water security. They said a qualified appointment is essential to uphold US leadership and stand against China’s coercive policies.
