European Towns Hoist Tibetan Flags to Mark 67th Uprising Anniversary

On March 10, 2026, over 760 municipalities across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg hoisted the Tibetan national flag to mark the 67th anniversary of the Tibetan National Uprising. Coordinated by the Office of Tibet in Brussels, the annual initiative honors the historic 1959 protests in Lhasa against Chinese rule.
