Many Tibetans fear this change will delay their post-retirement plans, limit opportunities for private ventures, and worsen issues like corruption and unemployment. Tibetan workers also express dissatisfaction with workplace conditions, citing political indoctrination and stress, which has already led to resignations and rising unemployment among Tibetan youth.
