Tibetan Education Minister Addresses Japanese Universities on SEE Learning

Education Minister Tharlam Dolma Changra of the Central Tibetan Administration visited two universities in Chiba, Japan. At Reitaku University, she discussed the Tibetan education system and Social, Emotional, and Ethical (SEE) learning, emphasizing human values like compassion and tolerance.

Later, at the Chiba Institute of Technology, she highlighted the 3H approach: Head, Heart, and Hand. Both universities appreciated her insights and the Dalai Lama's vision. Faculty and students expressed interest in integrating SEE learning into their curriculum. Tibetan students also met with Kalon, discussing their education and future contributions to the Tibetan community.
