Tibetan Communities Host Ceremony for Dalai Lama’s Long Life

A vibrant ceremony was held today to request His Holiness the Dalai Lama to live long. Tibetan Women's Association, former students of Central School for Tibetans Dalhousie, and people from Lhasa welcomed him with marigold garlands, songs, and dances. Inside the temple, prayers invoking Guru Padmasambhava were recited, with offerings made for His Holiness’s longevity. His Holiness expressed gratitude, encouraging the Tibetan people to remain resilient, maintain their traditions, and continue fostering peace. The ceremony concluded with prayers and blessings for his continued health and leadership.
