Tibetan Artists Perform at Ladakh's 9th Zanskar Festival

Artists from the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts (TIPA), led by Director Dhondup Tsering, participated in the 9th Zanskar Festival at Sani Lake, Ladakh, on September 13-14, 2024. According to reports, TIPA artists performed traditional folk dances before thousands, including notable guests like Ladakh's L.G. Dr. B.D. Mishra. The festival, held near the historic site where Guru Rinpoche meditated, also celebrated local culture and craftsmanship, offering a platform for artists to connect and share their traditions with the world.
