Tibetan Administration Celebrates India’s 78th Independence Day

The Central Tibetan Administration held a ceremony at Gangchen Kyishong to mark India’s 78th Independence Day, attended by key Tibetan leaders. Sikyong Penpa Tsering unfurled the Indian flag, followed by the national anthem.
