Representative Tsering Yangkey Engages with Scottish Parliament’s Tibet Group

On 28 May, Representative Tsering Yangkey from the Office of Tibet, London, attended the Cross-Party Group for Tibet at the Scottish Parliament, chaired by MSP Ross Greer. Yangkey expressed gratitude for Greer’s advocacy on the Dalai Lama’s succession and shared plans for upcoming events, including the Dalai Lama’s 90th birthday celebration in London and her participation in the World Parliamentarians’ Convention on Tibet in Tokyo. The visit also included meetings at the National Museum of Scotland, Kagyu Samyeling Monastery, and with longtime Tibet supporters, reinforcing cultural and political solidarity with Tibet.
