Philippine Lawmakers Explore Democratic Ties at Tibetan Parliament

Philippine lawmakers Rufus Rodriguez and Adrian Amatong visited the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile in Dharamshala, meeting with local leaders to discuss democratic processes and shared environmental concerns.
