Peppa Pig is now available in Tibetan, announced the U.S.-based Tibet Fund, which launched the beloved children’s series in the language to support early education and preserve Tibetan identity. The initiative, backed by licensed rights and featuring 104 episodes on YouTube, is seen as a joyful way to teach Tibetan amid growing restrictions inside Tibet. Voice artist Tenzin Choekyi highlighted children’s excitement, while Tibet Fund’s president called it a tribute to the Dalai Lama and his efforts to protect Tibetan culture. New episodes will be released weekly.
