Lawmakers from Six Nations Reaffirm Tibet Solidarity in Dharamshala

Parliamentary delegations from six nations, comprising the Czech Republic, Australia, Chile, France, New Zealand, and Fiji, held a joint press conference in Dharamshala to pledge unwavering support for Tibet. Visiting lawmakers, including Czech Senator Jitka Seitlová and French Senator Samantha Cazebonne, emphasized the urgency of preserving Tibetan identity. The group condemned ongoing rights abuses and asserted that the succession of the Dalai Lama must remain a religious matter free from Chinese interference. The delegation's visit coincided with celebrations marking the 36th anniversary of the Nobel Peace Prize conferment on the Dalai Lama.
