Kham Kathok Celebrates US Resolve Tibet Act

On July 24, 2024, Kham Kathok Tibetan Settlement hosted an appreciation ceremony to thank the US for enacting the Resolve Tibet Act on July 12, 2024. The event, coinciding with Lhakar, featured traditional rituals, cultural performances, and speeches. Tibetan settlement leaders and Khathok Thekchok Namdrolling Nyingma Monastery monks participated, offering ceremonial white scarves and performing rituals. The settlement officer highlighted the significance of the Act in his address, concluding the celebration.
