Kangra DC Extends Losar Greetings, Discusses Local Issues

Kangra Deputy Commissioner Hemraj Bairwa (I.A.S.) met with Dharamshala Tibetan Settlement Officer Kunchok Migmar to extend Losar greetings. During the meeting, Migmar thanked the DC for his support of the Tibetan community and raised concerns about infrastructure issues, including poor street lighting on TIPA Road and damaged roads in McLeod Ganj. The DC assured prompt action. Migmar also shared insights into Losar’s cultural significance. Last September, the DC recognized Migmar’s efforts in fostering harmony by presenting him with an appreciation letter.
