India Links Tibetan Asylee in Australia to Dalai Lama Threat

India has placed a Tibetan exile in Australia, Senge (also known as Gangser), under a prohibitory order for issuing an online threat against the Dalai Lama. According to News18, Indian authorities suspect China's influence behind his actions. Senge, a Tibetan asylee in Adelaide, accused the Dalai Lama and the Central Tibetan Administration of betraying Tibet. India has charged him under the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS) for waging war and causing public disturbance. The Dalai Lama’s security was recently upgraded to Z level amid rising threats. Tibetan groups and the CTA have condemned Senge’s actions.
