Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile Speaker Dolma Tsering said China should not fear dialogue, diversity, or linguistic and religious differences if it wants a stable nation. Speaking to ANI News in Dharamshala as India hosted the BRICS National Security Advisers’ Meeting in New Delhi on June 22-23, 2026, she urged BRICS leaders to uphold human rights and a rules-based international order. She said BRICS members, as United Nations member states, should respect and protect human rights, adding that a sustainable nation cannot be built through control but through public trust and listening to people.
