Dalai Lama Leaves Dharamshala, Reaches Delhi for South India Visit

His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama departed Dharamshala today for a month-long stay at Bylakuppe Tibetan Settlement in South India. According to Tibet.net, His Holiness was accompanied by Minister Tharlam Dolma Changra and Speaker Khenpo Sonam Tenphel at the Kangra Airport. Hundreds of devotees, including monks, nuns, and schoolchildren, lined the streets holding ceremonial scarves and incense to pay their respects. Senior officials and laypeople gathered to bid farewell as His Holiness the Dalai Lama commenced his journey from the Main Tibetan Temple, marking a significant moment for the Tibetan community. Later, His Holiness arrived safely in Delhi at around 2:30 pm. His arrival in Delhi marks a brief stop before continuing to Bylakuppe Tibetan Settlement via Bengaluru.
