Dalai Lama Expected to Address Reincarnation at Upcoming Religious Conference

Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama is expected to make a significant statement on his reincarnation during the 15th Tibetan Religious Conference, set for July 2–4 in Dharamshala, just days before his 90th birthday. Leaders of all four major Tibetan Buddhist traditions will attend, though the absence of Karmapa Rinpoche is notable.
