Dalai Lama Awarded 2025 International Peace Prize in London

The International Council of Jurists (ICJ) has awarded the 2025 International Peace Prize to His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Jain Acharya Dr. Lokesh Muni, and Malala Yousafzai. The honour recognizes lifelong dedication to non-violence, justice, and compassion. ICJ President Dr. Adish C. Aggarwala praised the recipients as moral leaders who inspire across borders. The prize was presented on Aug. 9 during the International March for Nuclear Disarmament in London’s Hyde Park, marking the 80th anniversary of the Nagasaki bombing and calling for a global ban on nuclear weapons.
