Tibetan parliamentary leaders issued a high-stakes appeal after reports that U.S. technology powers Chinese surveillance in Nepal. Deputy Speaker Dolma Tsering Teykhang warned that Silicon Valley innovation is a "force multiplier" for Beijing's transnational repression, "suffocating" the movement for freedom.
