Security officials traced the content to westca.com, a Vancouver-based Chinese-language website known for publishing divisive, anti-CTA narratives. While the group administrator swiftly removed the post upon notification, the Department of Security urges the public and social media admins to remain vigilant against coordinated attempts to undermine institutional trust.
