According to Tibet.net, Kalon Tharlam Dolma Changra emphasized the global and Tibetan significance of Gandhi's teachings, especially in promoting peace amid global unrest. Alongside her, Kalon Norzin Dolma and other officials participated in the ceremony, which included lighting a butter lamp and paying tribute to Gandhi’s portrait. Gandhi’s principles remain central to the Tibetan struggle, as His Holiness the Dalai Lama has often highlighted.
