Alongside her, Kalon Norzin Dolma and other officials participated in the ceremony, which included lighting a butter lamp and paying tribute to Gandhi’s portrait. Gandhi’s principles remain central to the Tibetan struggle, as His Holiness the Dalai Lama has often highlighted.
