On November 4, 2024, the Department of Education of the Central Tibetan Administration launched a new series of children’s books, targeting young Tibetan readers in India and Nepal. The collection, featuring ten children’s books and five additional volumes, is offered for free download through the DoE’s Tibetan language site and Issuu. Developed with USAID and The Tibet Fund, the books are designed to improve literacy, memory, and focus, while also sparking creativity and broadening children’s knowledge across diverse subjects.
