Veteran Tibetan activist Jamyang Tenzin concluded his seventh and final Tibet Awareness Solo Cycle Rally by arriving in Dharamsala after completing a 4000 kilometre journey across seven Indian states. The campaign was originally scheduled to end on 10 December, marking the anniversary of the Dalai Lama receiving the Nobel Peace Prize in 1989. However, Jamyang told Tibet Express he was unable to visit many planned locations due to security concerns following the recent blast in Delhi. Beginning in July from Bylakuppe, he said he hopes the rally inspires Tibetan youth to strengthen unity and remain engaged in the freedom movement.
