On November 7, 2024, the Department of Religion and Culture welcomed a 45-member delegation from the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS) in Dharamshala. Led by Ven Thich Tam Tri, the delegation included high-ranking figures such as Ven. Thich Tam Duc and Ven. Thich Nhat Tu. They visited key Tibetan cultural sites, including the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives, Tibet Museum, and Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts, where they received guided tours, gifts, and cultural performances. The visit underscores growing cultural and spiritual ties between Vietnamese and Tibetan Buddhist communities.
