The "2025 Cycling for a Free Tibet" campaign began in Taipei on Wednesday to mark the 66th anniversary of the Tibetan uprising, reports Focus Taiwan. Participants, including exiled Tibetans, will cycle every Wednesday until March 10 to protest Chinese oppression. Additional events include a march on March 9 and a vigil on March 10. Tibetan Youth Congress President Gonpo Dhondup emphasized the ongoing struggle for Tibet’s independence. The campaign aims to highlight human rights issues and support Tibetans, Hongkongers, and Uyghurs facing suppression in China.
