Today Tsuglagkhang Temple was beautifully decorated for a ceremony dedicated to the long life of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu welcomed His Holiness the Dalai Lama, offering a golden silk scarf. Mönpa people from Tawang led the ceremony, including traditional offerings and prayers. Around 4,900 attendees, including Mönpa community members and local Tibetans, joined the event. Ling Rinpoché presided over the ritual, which involved prayers, offerings, and a mandala presentation, based on a ritual by the Fifth Dalai Lama.
