Ladakh is set to become a Sowa-Rigpa wellness destination, similar to Kerala's Ayurvedic reputation. Tsering Angchuk and Santosh Sukhadeve inaugurated a wellness week in Nubra valley, featuring Sowa-Rigpa treatments, meditation, and Amchi consultations. The event, organized by LEDeG, Stonehedge, and Sorig Foundation, aims to promote traditional Tibetan medicine. Experts from Dharamsala are conducting training sessions. Panamik, with its natural hot springs, is highlighted as a prime location for Sowa-Rigpa therapy and village-based wellness initiatives.
