Dalai Lama Congratulates EU Leaders on Re-Election

His Holiness the Dalai Lama congratulated Roberta Metsola and Ursula von der Leyen on their re-election as President of the European Parliament and President of the European Commission. His Holiness  praised the European Union's role in maintaining peace for over 60 years and emphasized the importance of prioritizing common good over individual interests. Also highlighting the EU's wisdom and maturity in an interconnected world and wished them success in continuing to uphold the EU as a global model.
