Education Kalon Advocates for Monastic School's CBSE Affiliation

After a successful tour of Japan, Education Kalon Tharlam Dolma Changra met Shri Himanshu Gupta, Secretary of CBSE, in Delhi on July 15, 2024. She requested special consideration for affiliating Gaden Shartse Thoesam Norling Monastic School under CBSE, submitting an official letter. The Secretary promised to review the application and provide support. As a token of gratitude, a Manjushri Statue and traditional scarf were presented to him. Earlier, Education Kalon also met K. Lakhsminarasimhan of the Sanskrit Promotion Foundation. She was accompanied by officials from the Department of Education and the monastery.
