Dalai Lama's First Speech Since Surgery, Reflects on Exile and Global Impact

In his first speech since knee surgery, His Holiness the Dalai Lama spoke in Ithaca, New York, emphasizing how exile allowed him to share Tibetan Buddhism globally.
