A Tibetan Parliamentary delegation, led by MPs Yeshi Dolma and Geshe Lharampa Atuk Tseten, conducted a successful Tibet advocacy effort in the Netherlands on December 10-11, 2024. According to Tibet.net, they met with Dutch Foreign Ministry officials and Amnesty International staff, highlighting Tibet’s critical human rights situation. The MPs participated in a joint protest with Uyghur, Hong Kong, and Southern Mongolian communities on International Human Rights Day. Their visit concluded with discussions on strengthening global support for Tibet and commemorating the Dalai Lama’s Nobel Peace Prize anniversary with the local Tibetan community.
