Sunshine Coast chef Jampa will open "Jampa’s Spirit of Tibet" in Queen Street, Nambour, on July 17. Known for his 22-year culinary presence, Jampa's journey began with the original Spirit of Tibet in Mooloolaba. Despite past relocations due to rent hikes and development, Jampa's loyal following remains strong. The new venue, previously a cafe, fits Jampa's vision perfectly. It will feature traditional Tibetan decor and offer a mix of Australian breakfasts, Tibetan lunches by booking, and Tibetan dinners from Wednesday to Saturday. Jampa also plans to provide cooking lessons for enthusiasts.
