Leadership Workshop Enhances Skills of THF School Principals and Teachers

A three-day School Leadership Workshop for Tibetan Homes Foundation (THF) educators was successfully held in Mussoorie from November 18–20, 2024. Organized by the Department of Education (DoE) of the Central Tibetan Administration and THF, the event included 13 participants from four schools. Trainers from Alokit led sessions on leadership skills, tailored through pre-workshop feedback. Certificates and traditional scarves marked the conclusion. According to Tibet.net, the workshop is part of ongoing efforts to improve school management. Funded by Global Affairs Canada, the event emphasized collaboration and practical implementation of leadership strategies.
