Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) commemorated India’s 76th Republic Day at Gangchen Kyishong on 26 January 2025. Minister Tharlam Dolma Changra, along with other officials, extended heartfelt greetings to India, thanking the country for its unwavering support of Tibetans in exile. Highlighting India’s democratic principles, she praised its unity in diversity and the smooth evolution of its Constitution. The event included a flag-hoisting ceremony and concluded with tea and donuts, fostering a spirit of solidarity. This year’s theme, “Golden India – Heritage and Development,” emphasized India’s achievements and progress.
