Contributions Invited for Dalai Lama’s 90th Birthday Celebrations

The Central Organising Committee of the Central Tibetan Administration has called for contributions to support celebrations marking His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s 90th birthday. Spanning July 2025 to July 2026, the "Year of Compassion" will include a special long-life prayer offering in Dharamshala, based on the Amitayus Extracting the Pure Ambrosia practice. In a December 2 announcement, the committee urged supporters to donate via Tibetan Settlement Offices or Offices of Tibet. Contributions will ensure the success of this significant tribute to His Holiness’ enduring legacy of compassion and wisdom.
