Tibetan Community in Dehradun Thanks US for Resolve Tibet Act

The Tibetan community in Dehradun held a gratitude event on July 14, 2024, at Norling ground, Dekyiling Tibetan Settlement, to thank the US and President Joe Biden for the Resolve Tibet Act 2024. Organized by Cho-kha-Sum, the event featured speeches by local leaders, including TSO Dhundup Gyalpo, who praised the new law's historic significance. The celebration included cultural performances and a communal meal. A similar event took place in the Gepheling Tibetan settlement on July 16, starting with traditional refreshments and followed by cultural activities and lunch.
