Scottish Parliament acknowledged the contributions of outgoing Tibetan Representative Sonam Tsering Frasi through a motion lodged by Ross Greer, Member of the Scottish Parliament and Chair of the Cross-Party Group for Tibet. The motion, supported by nine MSPs so far, highlighted Frasi's dedication to the Tibetan cause, including his parliamentary and negotiation roles. It also welcomed incoming Representative Tsering Yangkey, expressing hopes to further strengthen ties between Scotland and Tibet. The motion serves to raise awareness about Tibet in the Parliament.
