American Bar Association Urges Probe into Human Rights Violations in Tibet

The American Bar Association (ABA) has passed Resolution 502, calling for the US and UN to investigate human rights abuses in Tibet. Adopted on August 5 during the ABA’s Annual General Meeting, the resolution seeks an inquiry by the US Department of State and the UN Human Rights Council into possible genocide and crimes against humanity.
