Dharamshala: The Department of Education, CTA, organised a Summer Leadership Program for grades VIII to X students of Sambhota Tibetan School Camp 3 & Camp 6, Mundgod, from 2 – 6 May 2022 at Ex-Army Multipurpose Community Hall of Mundgod Doeguling Tibetan Settlement.
Chief Counsellor Donkar Wangmo, Department of Education, welcomed the participants and mentioned the workshop’s goal to provide different opportunities for the students through club systems to enable student leadership. After this workshop, the school will form different clubs based on interests, needs and challenges. Students will entirely lead the clubs while the counsellors will be the facilitators, and teachers will join the clubs as mentors.
