Bir Tibetan Community Thanks US for Resolve Tibet Act

On July 16, 2024, the Tibetan Settlement Office in Bir organized an event to thank the US government and President for signing the Tibet Resolve Act into law on July 12, 2024. Held at the Bir paragliding landing site, the gathering included Tibetan parliamentarian Serta Tsultrim, Wangdu Dorjee, monastery representatives, and local officials. The event expressed gratitude to US parliamentarians, Tibet Support Groups, and the American people. Speeches explaining the new law were delivered in Tibetan and Hindi.
